Once you ship out the return package, we will process your refund within 10 business days from the date of shipment. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please leave your inquiry through the "Submit a request" page, and we will respond as quickly as possible during business hours.
