You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened, in its original condition, and any stickers or labels remain intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, your return will be accepted.

The return shipping cost will generally be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a change of mind and the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold, an initial shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as follows: If you paid an initial shipping fee, you will receive a full refund for the product amount, excluding the shipping fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, the refunded product amount will have the shipping fee deducted.
