To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly accept the return. Please note that all return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

The return shipping cost will generally be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a change of mind and the original order total falls below the free shipping threshold, an initial shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed as follows: If you paid an initial shipping fee, you will receive a full refund for the product amount, excluding the shipping fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, the refunded product amount will have the shipping fee deducted.
